Skagga worked with Xplor to define their business vision, determined key marketing aspects to emphasize, and collaborated together to develop a cohesive marketing strategy.
Branding
- Skagga guided Xplor through a unique naming creation process to articulate their distinctiveness and personality.
- Through various rounds of ideation a specific criteria was identified and a brand was brought to life.
Collateral Material
Producing strong, visual, and written communication pieces is of extreme importance for establishing a brand. The Xplor brochure provides a tangible way for clients to experience the brand.
Signage
For commercial real estate, signage plays a fundamental role in establishing the brand as it is visible on every one of their properties. The aim with the Xplor signage was simple, let the brand punch.
Website Development
A custom designed website was developed with specific attention to detail in carrying all the brand elements. In addition, Skagga custom coded applications and integrated software for their commercial real estate listings.
